Common questions
My saves aren't showing up
It depends on how that game connects, so check the matching one. Open your Savecraft dashboard and find the game first.
Account games (Path of Exile, WoW): if it says the connection expired, reconnect the game from the dashboard. Imported characters refresh on demand, not live -- ask your assistant to refresh the character, or refresh it from the dashboard.
Save-file games (Diablo II, Stardew, RimWorld, Stellaris): the computer you play on has to be paired and online -- the dashboard shows each computer's status. If it's offline, restart the Savecraft app on that machine. If it's online but a game is missing, confirm the save directory for that game on that computer.
Mod games (Factorio): make sure the Savecraft mod is installed and enabled, and that you've launched the game at least once since.
How do I connect an AI assistant?
ChatGPT: install the Savecraft app and click Connect -- one step.
Claude: paste your MCP URL into your client's connector settings. Full step-by-step instructions on our docs page.
Is my data safe?
